If you qualify for a refund, we do not cover shipping, nor do we refund shipping.

In legal disputes, all arbitation is in an Australian court, except for the EU.

EU Consumer Rights

Notwithstanding the governing law clause in these terms, consumers located in the European Union retain all rights afforded to them under the applicable consumer protection laws of their country of residence, including but not limited to rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable EU law.
